Describing a Scene
In Speaking Task 3 you are shown a picture and you describe it to somebody who cannot see it. You get 30 seconds to look at it and 60 seconds to speak.
This task is made of specifics. Colours, clothing, positions and actions are what let the listener build the picture in their head, and they are exactly what the marker is listening for. Say what is there rather than what you think of it.
