These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HelloCelpip (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HelloCelpip. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
  • Upload malicious content or abuse system resources
  • Share or resell access without permission

4. Educational Disclaimer

HelloCelpip:

  • Is an independent practice platform
  • Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CELPIP or Paragon Testing Enterprises
  • Provides practice and feedback only, not official test scores

Results generated by the platform are estimates, not guarantees of real exam performance.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI feedback and scoring:

  • Are automated and probabilistic
  • May contain inaccuracies
  • Should be used as learning guidance, not professional or legal advice

You acknowledge that AI outputs are provided "as-is."

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Prices, plans, and features may change with notice
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

  • UI/UX
  • Branding
  • Code
  • Generated reports (excluding your original submissions)

is owned by HelloCelpip or its licensors. You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • HelloCelpip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
