Anything else?
When do I get paid?
Every commission is held for 30 days after the sale. That window covers refunds. If the customer refunds inside it, the sale does not count.
After the hold, your commission is approved and goes out in the next payout run. Payouts run monthly.
Is there a minimum before I get paid?
Yes. Once your approved commissions add up to $50, you get paid in the next run. Below that, it rolls over to the following month.
One exception: whatever you have earned is paid out in full after six months, even if you never reach $50. Nothing you earn gets stuck.
How long does my link keep working after someone clicks it?
When someone signs up through your link, they are yours for 30 days. Anything they buy in that time is your sale.
This matters more than it sounds. Most people do not buy the first day they find us. They sign up, think about it, and come back later, often on a different phone or laptop. You still get paid.
About 8 in 10 sales happen in the first week after signup, and most of the rest land inside the two weeks after that. The window is wider than almost anyone needs.
What counts as a sale?
Someone signs up through your link and buys any paid plan. You earn 30% of what they pay, before tax.
A free signup does not earn anything on its own, but that person is still counted as yours for 30 days. If they upgrade later in that window, you get paid then.
Can I buy through my own link?
No. Buying through your own link, or setting up a second account to do it, does not earn commission and can get you removed from the program.
Where do I see my clicks and earnings?
In the partner portal, the same place you applied. You get your login when you are approved.
It shows your clicks, signups, sales and what you are owed, and it updates on its own, so you do not have to report anything to us.
Who do I contact if I need help?
Once you are approved you get your own support channel with someone from our team in it, so you are not writing into a queue and waiting.
Ask early rather than late. A question about whether you can say something in a video takes us a minute to answer and saves you re-recording it.
