Yes. Every account starts free, with core practice and a limited number of scored answers, so you can see how it works before you pay.
Yes. Your plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing.
Yes. Open Manage billing from your account to switch plans or cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the time you paid for.
Only in a few cases, such as a double charge or a technical problem that stopped you using Premium. Access starts as soon as you pay, so a renewal you forgot to cancel is usually not refunded. If you think a charge was a mistake, write to [email protected].

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel anytime from Profile > Billing > Manage Billing.
Yes. Stripe sends a payment receipt/invoice after each successful charge to the email used at checkout.
Refunds are handled only in limited exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, failed checkout charges, or verified technical issues where no meaningful access was provided. Paid access is considered granted once a subscription or purchase is activated on your account, regardless of the extent of use. Because premium access is activated immediately after purchase, and because subscription access remains available throughout the billing period, renewals caused by forgetting to cancel and requests made after access has been provided are generally not refundable. You can cancel anytime from Profile > Billing > Manage Billing. Contact [email protected] if you believe your case qualifies for review or if you think a charge was made in error.
