Refunds are handled only in limited exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, failed checkout charges, or verified technical issues where no meaningful access was provided. Paid access is considered granted once a subscription or purchase is activated on your account, regardless of the extent of use. Because premium access is activated immediately after purchase, and because subscription access remains available throughout the billing period, renewals caused by forgetting to cancel and requests made after access has been provided are generally not refundable.
