Am I ready to book my CELPIP test?
HelloCelpip Progress is built to answer that. It shows the level you would get today measured by your weakest skill, not your average, against the level you are aiming for. When that number sits at or above your target and stays there across several attempts rather than one good day, you have your answer.
Which CELPIP skill should I spend my study time on?
Your weakest one. Every Canadian immigration program sets a minimum for each of the four skills separately, so scoring 7 in Reading and 10 in the other three counts as 7, not as an average of 9. Progress marks that skill for you and moves the mark as soon as a different skill becomes your lowest.
Does HelloCelpip tell me what to practise next, or only show me CELPIP scores?
It names one task to practise next, chosen from where you are actually losing the most marks, with a button that opens it. Working out your own study plan is one more job at the point when you are already short of time.
My CELPIP practice feels flat. Is my level actually changing?
That is what the level-over-time chart answers. It plots each skill across your recent attempts over 7, 30 or 90 days, so a week that felt like nothing often turns out to be a line still climbing, and a run of easy questions that felt great turns out to be flat.
Do I have to keep my CELPIP progress updated myself?
No. Every figure here is worked out from attempts you have already finished and refreshes as you add more. There is nothing to enter, and nothing goes out of date while you are not looking.
